About Jesus Christ
Our Chief Pastor and King, the promised Messiah (Isaiah 9:6-7) was conceived of the Holy Spirit and birthed by Miriam (Mary) of Nazareth the chosen virgin (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:18-23, Luke 1:26-38,). The date of His miraculous birth was around BC 4 according to Bible scholars. He is The Word of God made into flesh (human), who lived and grew among ordinary people, full of grace and truth (John 1:14). He is Yehoshua Hamashiach (Hebrew), " the true light of the world" sent to seek and to save the lost (Luke 19:10). Yeshua or Y'shua Hamashiach (Aramaic) is the Redeemer for all sinners who believe on Him (Romans 10:9). Jesus Christ (Greek) is the only head of the Church (Colossians 1:18). His name means YHWH saved . He is God's anointed one (Psalm 98:2) for our salvation.
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved." John 3:16-17
"And He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead;
that in all things He might have the preeminence. " Colossians 1:18
The Lord Jesus was crucified between two convicted thieves on Passover, sometime between AD 30-33 (Daniel 9:26). As prophesied, three days later He was resurrected by the power of the Holy Spirit and lives forevermore (Acts 10 :39-43). Through Jesus Christ, the judgement of God pass over all believers in Him and now we have His everlasting mercy. Our Pastor and friend Jesus Christ is offering YOU this same eternal life.
